We were so happy we found this place. Everything was perfect. It’s a beautiful hotel, our rooms were quiet and comfortable. Beautiful art and plants everywhere. We were close to both markets and the zocalo and good late night street food. The staff was friendly and my husband and I felt at home here. We will definitely come back. Muchas Gracias
An adorable little hotel in a great location. Front desk is always staffed and staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and comfortable, courtyard and rooftop patio are beautiful and calm in the heart of the city. Cannot recommend enough.
This hotel is in an amazing location right near the Zocalo and many markets! The staff were super kind and accommodating and made sure we were comfortable. The rooms were comfortable and clean with great AC and water pressure. The breakfasts were also excellent! Highly recommend.
Excellent service. I keep forgetting to leave a review but I am very glad that I stayed here during my vacation. First off, I really liked all the paintings and decorations in the room and hallways. The upstairs balcony was lovely to explore. They had a variety of beautiful plants. Their attached restaurant goes by a different name (Restaurante La Sombrita) but had excellent food. That was some of the best papaya that I've eaten and I normally don't eat papaya. Lastly, the people working there were great. There were strikes closing roads throughout the city and I was concerned about getting to the airport for my flight. The front desk arranged for a taxi to pick me and my family up and eased my concerns. I definitely recommend this hotel for its decor, food, and hospitality.
Great location in downtown Oaxaca. Everything within walking distance. Staff always willing to help. Hitel is very clean and quiet.
I wasn't staying in the hotel, but went the for breakfast. Service with a smile, and the food was fantastic (see the Heuvos Rancheros photo attached). Would definitely recommend!
Comfortable and clean rooms with extremely helpful and welcoming staff. They helped me call a cab to the airport at 4 AM, and made sure that somebody was there to see me off. Perfect location to explore the city. It felt very safe and well-removed from the noise and bustle of the street. I heartily recommend it and would gladly stay again.
